I was hoping I would get online and find several e-mails and/or comments on my last blog with ideas for topics to write about and am disappointed to find nothing waiting for me. I have no idea what to write about anymore so please ask me questions and give me ideas of topics. Thanks!
Hope everyone is enjoying spring in the US. We are definetly into hot season here and even the locals are saying its going to be a bad one. I know I survived last year but I am very scared for the next few months!

Hi Kirsten! The other day I was thinking about how you are doing health care work, and you work with a lot of woman and babies. I imagine you have discussed this before, but do you guys teach safe sex i.e. condom education? There seem to be many very young mothers with lots of children.
Also, I would be interested to know more about the food over there. I've seen these travel shows on the Food Network where they go to Africa and partake in many of the ceremonies and things, but I guess I am curious about what you eat on a day to day basis.
